Terms of Use
The short version: Korro shows your own Gmail as conversations. Use it lawfully, don't use it to spam or harm anyone, and you keep everything that's yours.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and International AI Academy LLC (შპს ინთერნეიშენალ ეი აი აკადემი), identification code 405786957, Betlemi Street N10, Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”), about using Korro — the web app at app.korro.email and the Korro app for iPhone and iPad. By signing in you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use Korro.
2. Who can use Korro
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to accept these terms (16 in some countries).
- Korro is invite-only: you can sign in only with a Google account that has been invited, or that someone with an account has connected.
- You must be allowed to use the Gmail accounts you connect.
3. Your account and your Gmail
You sign in with Google. By connecting a Gmail account you allow Korro to read its mail, send the messages you write, and change labels (such as read, archived, starred, spam and trash) on your behalf, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for the messages you send through Korro and for keeping your devices and Google account secure. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Your content
Your mail, attachments, tasks and everything else you keep in Korro stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Korro to you — to show, sync, send and back them up. We don't use them for advertising, don't sell them, and don't use them to train AI.
5. Using Korro fairly
Don't use Korro to:
- send spam, bulk or unsolicited mail, or anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing;
- access mail or accounts you aren't allowed to;
- break Google's or Apple's rules, or anyone's rights;
- interfere with Korro, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or copy, reverse engineer or resell it.
6. Price
Korro is free and has no in-app purchases. If paid plans are ever offered, they will be announced first, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it.
7. Changes and availability
We work to keep Korro running and your mail in step with Gmail, but Korro may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. We may end Korro altogether; if we do, we will tell you in advance where we can, and your mail stays in Gmail.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your Korro account in the app (accounts sheet → “Delete my Korro account”). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Korro or others at risk. When an account is closed, what Korro kept for it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes; your mail in Gmail is not touched.
9. No warranty
Korro is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your mail in Gmail — Korro is a way to read and answer it, not a backup.
10. Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.
11. The App Store
If you got Korro from Apple's App Store:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, maintenance and support, and for handling any claims about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and claims that it infringes someone's rights).
- If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund what you paid for it (Korro is free); Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If that fails, the courts of Tbilisi will decide, unless the law where you live gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your own courts.
13. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change matters, Korro will tell you in the app before it applies; continuing to use Korro after that means you accept it.
