Who can use Korro?

Korro is invite-only for now. Sign in with the Google account you were invited with. Inside Korro you can then connect your other Gmail accounts.

How do I sign in?

On the web, open app.korro.email; on iPhone or iPad, open the Korro app. Choose “Sign in with Google” and allow Korro to use your Gmail.

Does Korro change anything in my Gmail?

Only what you do in Korro: messages you send, and marking chats read, archived, starred (Important), spam or deleted. The same changes made in Gmail show up in Korro within seconds.

I don't get notifications on my iPhone.

Open Korro, tap your accounts under the Inbox title, and turn notifications on. If they're off, check Settings → Notifications → Korro. Korro notifies you about people and groups, never about newsletters or receipts.

How do I add widgets?

Press and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customize, then add a widget and search for Korro.

How do I remove a Gmail account?

Tap your accounts under the Inbox title and swipe the account left to disconnect it (on the web, use the account sheet). Korro deletes its copies of that account's mail; Gmail itself is not touched.

How do I delete my Korro account?

Tap your accounts under the Inbox title and choose “Delete my Korro account”. Everything Korro stored for you is deleted at once, and Google is told to forget Korro's access. Your mail in Gmail is not touched. You can also remove Korro's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Does Korro use AI on my mail?

No. Korro doesn't use AI on your mail and never uses it to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

I think I found a security problem.

Thank you — write to lasha@aiacademia.ge with “Korro security” in the subject, and say what you saw and how to see it again. A person answers within two working days, and nobody who reports a problem in good faith will be pursued for it. Please don't read or change anyone else's mail while looking. (There is also a security.txt.)
